Today we drove 2 hours north to the beautiful riverfront town of Stockton, New Jersey for Court House Quilters’ quilt show. The weather was perfect, not too hot, not too cold. The leaves along the Delaware River were just beginning to turn, some were floating through the air as we drove up Route 29. We arrived just before the crowds began to arrive. The quilts on display were all so beautiful and unique. I took a bunch of photos which I need to upload and will post tomorrow. I behaved myself and didn’t spend too much; a few books from the boutique table, a couple of fat quarters and some shasiko thread. My biggest draw were the vintage buttons. These were my biggest expenditure but so worth it. Wait until you see the picture of these gorgeous buttons!
