Today we took our annual trip to see the Nutcracker Ballet at Princeton University’s McCarter Theater. This is performed by the American Repertory Ballet. Since we arrived earlier I was able to do a little thread shopping at a wonderful little shop in Princeton called Needles and Pins. An amazing selection of yarns, threads and wools. We then took a walk through the grounds of Princeton University. The stone buildings are so beautiful. The architecture is awe-inspiring. I took some photos. Don’t know the names of the buildings but they were just wonderful to look at. The last is a picture of the inside of the theater. We sat in the balcony. The long red velvet drapes were amazing. The ballet was beautiful and put me in the mood for the holidays. Enjoy the scenery.
