Yesterday Mother Nature treated us to a beautiful, warm autumn day. So after getting the garden ready for winter we decided to get a cup of coffee and go for a drive. As usual we ended up in Fortescue. The afternoon sun was amazing as it reflected off the water.
Looks like little twinkle lights on the water. Even the clouds reflected off the water.
The area has been trying to sure up the bulkhead to protect the roadway from damage from another storm like Sandy.
The above picture shows 2 houses in the distance. How amazingly remote they are and can you image what they looked like at the peak of Superstorm Sandy.
Two surf fishermen enjoying a warm November afternoon. How peaceful. I always feel refreshed and calm after a bit of time by the water.
