Taking advantage of a not-so-nice day outside to continue work on pattern writing for Home and Hearth. Making really good progress and should be finalizing draft this week. In between printing pages out I got dinner ready for the oven; a longstanding favorite of stuffed chicken breasts. Each is stuffed with a mixture of ricotta, chopped fresh spinach and freshly grated Asiago and top with diced tomatoes. It smelled so good while baking. So here’s pictures of tonight’s fare: stuffed chicken breasts, fresh steamed green beans, garden salad and a glass of homemade Cabernet Savignon. For dessert, individual sized apple crisp. Yummo!
