This is for my Facebook friends, Gail and Lorette. This is what was cooking in the oven for dinner tonight. Stuffed chicken breast, garlic roasted green bean, garden salad with a nice big glass of homemade red wine. This is first glasses of our fall batch of Italian wine. This is one of my favorites, a Merlot. Still a bit green but has a kick and a wonderful raspberry nose and flavor. The strawberries are marinated in Amaretto and will be added to chocolate mousse. I made the mousse out of unsweetened almond milk to keep the fat and calorie count down. We’ve eaten what you see and taking a break before we have dessert.
Now back to Sunday football and some stitching.
