My last post talked about what I was making for dinner. I took some photos before we dug in.
The ribs were so delicious, just a hint of spice from the chipolte in the sauce.
There was plenty left over so no cooking tonight. Just make a garden salad and pour the wine please. I don’t eat starch so what looks like potatoes is actually a cauliflower souffle I created. Tastes great and low in carbs.
