We really don’t enjoy waiting in line to be served dinner and since I really enjoy cooking, we started the Valentine’s Day celebration tonight. Dinner was oven roasted pork tenderloin, roasted cauliflower florets, steamed string beans and a garden salad. This is topped off with a big glass of red wine. Sorry, no photos of dinner, too hungry to snap pictures. But, dessert, that’s a whole different story. Here’s what we’ll have in a bit: homemade chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate mousse and the balance of the red wine. Yummo. Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone.
